A healthier lifestyle doesn’t have to be a chore. Instead of attempting to conquer your health goals all at once, what if you started by setting smaller, more manageable goals? Here are a few tips to get you started:

- Move Often: Don’t have time for a trip the gym daily? Start with simple activities that can be done right from your home or office. Take short walk breaks throughout the day. Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Keep a pair of hand weights on hand for some quick strength conditioning.
