Blueberry-Herb Lemonade Punch
1 cup blueberries
¼ cup fresh herbs: basil, mint and tarragon
2 (32 oz.) freshly made lemonade (water, stevia and lemons)
1 cup cold sparkling water
Stevia to taste
Place blueberries, Stevia and herbs in a large pitcher or bowl. Mash blueberries and herbs together. Add lemonade and stir to combine. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until cold.
Serve over ice and top with sparkling water.

 

Delicious Green Juice with Apple
1 apple
1-2 cups frozen spinach
1 cucumber peeled
Juices of 1 fresh lemon
Stevia to taste
Sprinkle of Cinnamon (optional)
Place all in blender and mix until smooth.

 

Frozen Strawberry Mint Delight
1 cup frozen strawberries
Mint sprigs or 1 tsp fresh mint ground
2 cups almond or oat milk (any non-fat or low-fat milk)
Stevia to taste
